We will deliver the products to you in accordance with the delivery option specified by you when you place your order (e.g. Express or Standard Delivery).
We will deliver directly to the delivery address provided in your online order. We will deliver all products comprised in your order in one delivery. Please see ‘Delivery Options’ below for details of where we deliver and the delivery options available to you. We do not deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses.
All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail. Available delivery options are:
Express delivery charge is £1.99 - £4.45 based on the weight of your order. If we receive your order before 12pm we process your order that day. We aim but cannot guarantee for your products to be with you in 1-3 working days. MIRELLE COSMETICS are not liable for late delivery by Royal Mail.
Signed For 1st Class UK Delivery
Signed For 1st Class Delivery charge is £2.99 - £5.55 based on the weight of your order. Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class delivery requires a signature upon delivery. This option has the added benefit of proof of delivery. Royal Mail aims for the item to reach its recipient in 1-3 working days after the order is placed (if placed with MIRELLE COSMETICS before 12pm) MIRELLE COSMETICS cannot be liable for any late deliveries by Royal Mail.
Standard delivery charge is £3.35. If we receive your order before 12pm we process your order that day. We aim but cannot guarantee for your products to be with you in 2-5 working days. MIRELLE COSMETICS are not liable for late delivery by Royal Mail.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day delivery charge is £6.85. If we receive your order before 12pm we process your order that day. We aim but cannot guarantee for your products to be with you the next working day. MIRELLE COSMETICS are not liable for late delivery by Royal Mail.
International Delivery is via Royal Mail. Standard International Delivery is not a tracked service and any taxes due will be incurred by the customer and not by MIRELLE COSMETICS.
Standard Delivery to Europe is £5.85 - £6.30 based on the weight of your order.
Delivery to the Rest of the World is £7.15 - £9.35 based on the weight of your order.
Europe and Rest of the World Tracked and Insured Delivery
Royal Mail Tracked and Insured Delivery to Europe is £7 - £8.75 based on the weight of your order. To the Rest of the World, Tracked and Insured shipping is £8.75 - £9.75 based on the weight of your order.
International orders: please check with your national mail service as to whether they provide tracking services for posted items when selecting your delivery option. When tracking is not provided as a service, we will send items signed for on delivery.
Guaranteed delivery timings are working days. Orders received over the weekend or on bank holidays will be picked up on the next available working day and your guaranteed delivery timing will activate after you have received your shipping confirmation email.
Order cut-off for all delivery services is 12pm (UK time). Orders placed after 12pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt during our working week. Our working week is defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays)
Please note: Occasionally delays may occur and this may affect the dispatch of parcels within this timeframe.
ITEMS NOT RECEIVED?
MIRELLE COSMETICS try to ensure that your goods are delivered on time. However from time to time delays can take place by factors beyond our control.
Orders placed under the First Class Standard Delivery option are shipped via Royal Mail and an item is not classified as "Lost" by Royal Mail until it has been missing for:
-15 days in the UK
- 30 working days for delivery to Europe
- 35 working days for the rest of the world.
We will be unable to refund you before we have allowed for this amount of time to pass from the date of dispatch. If you still haven't received your order after this time, please contact our customer services team and we can assist you: email@example.com
Please note - there is a time limit of 6 months from purchase, after this no refund will be made on lost items.
